2. Map metrics on the floor
Pilot branches receive visits or structured remote walkthroughs. We capture how supervisors define completion, staffing load, and exceptions—then reconcile those definitions into a shared dictionary.
3. Prototype for real stand-ups
A first regional view is read in a live briefing with operators. We watch where the conversation stalls, then refine calculations and layout before production build.
4. Handover with a reading ritual
Delivery includes an annotated guide, refresh checklist, and a facilitated first monthly reading. Your analysts leave knowing how to maintain the view without waiting on Glowworkcore for every change.
When this method fits
It suits multi-branch networks in Thailand that already collect operational data but struggle to turn it into a calm regional reading habit. If you only need a one-off slide for a board meeting, we will say so and decline the commission.
