Choosing Pilot Branches for a Dashboard Commission

A dashboard commission should not begin with every branch at once. Pilots teach the engagement what the wider network will demand. Choose poorly, and you learn only about outliers.

We recommend four pilots: one high-volume urban branch, one mid-size provincial branch, one newly opened site, and one consistently under-band site. Together they stress staffing models, data hygiene, and exception handling.

During the pilot window, regional operators meet weekly with Glowworkcore to review what the prototype surfaces. Surprises are welcome. A metric that looks tidy in Bangkok may collapse when a Mae Sot branch still files paper counts.

When the pilot set stabilizes, expand deliberately by region rather than by enthusiasm. Operators who inherit a proven reading ritual adopt the dashboard faster than those handed a finished object with no shared practice.
